A great view from the top: Buchanan Street

When we went to view this property, our cars reminded us that it was a bit of a grind to get to the top of Baldwin Street, but it was worth the climb.

This section is a bit special. It is located at the top of the steepest street in the world, with quite the view over North East Valley, and it is an absolute sun trap. The section we bought has one existing house and six titles.

We only settled on this property in September 2024, but plans are already well underway. We will sell the existing three-bed house to a first home buyer as soon as we can. We have cleared the section in order to be able to complete the survey of the site.

Progress should be quick (in the grand scheme of building), and we will keep you updated.
