First success story: Waverley

In time this will become our daily reality, but for now this is a DRDL 2023 Ltd first. We matched one of our applicants with one of our homes and worked with them to complete the sale process.

This site has beautiful views over Andersons Bay inlet and across to town. We have subdivided the section into two titles, keeping the original house and designing a new house for the rear section.

The original house is what has been sold, and we have renovated, including upgrading some windows, install a heatpump, a paint and maintenance check. It is ready for its new owners to make it theirs. The finishing touches to access and subdivision work are underway.

Town and Country Homes have designed a three-bed house for the rear section. We hope to have this building consent in very soon, so that work can begin quickly.

We are so excited for our applicant to buy their first home through our company and receive a deposit support grant from our donor to help them achieve their dream of homeownership.
