First success story: Waverley

This was a DRDL 2023 Ltd first. We matched one of our first applicants with the existing house on this site and worked with them to complete the sale process. We are so pleased that they are settled in with their whanau and loving life in Waverley.

This site has beautiful views over Andersons Bay inlet and across to town. We subdivided the section into two titles, keeping the original house and designing a new house for the rear section.

The original house is what has been sold. GL Stevenson Builders renovated this house for us, including upgrading some windows, install a heat pump, a paint and doing a maintenance check.

The new lot on this site is now being built. Town and Country Homes designed a three-bed house for the rear section. We expect this build to be completed in six months, so we will be looking to match a first home applicant to this new built mid 2026.
