Something a little different: Pine Hill

The former Scout Hall in Pine Hill stands on a large section of land. We purchased this property in 2024 and set straight to work renovating the existing building on site and selecting house designs for the rest of the section.

We have Resource Consent to subdivide the site into eight lots. We are transforming the old Scout Hall into a duplex (one three-bed and one five-bed), and the rest of the site will be developed into sites with standalone houses designed and built by Jennian Homes.

GL Stevenson Builders are undertaking the renovations of the duplex and this is proving to be quite the transformation

. This site is near to SH1, so we have taken the extra steps to ensure this existing building meets the acoustic requirements of the site.

Jennian Homes have helped us choose six house designs that suit the site and contours of the land. These will be a mixture of three- and four-bed houses.

Pine Hill is a lovely spot, so central and sunny, we look forward to sharing this with our First Home Buyers.
