First glances can be deceiving: Larnach Road

This site started off as a strip of underdeveloped land when we bought it in May 2024. Over the past year we have been chatting with the neighbours and purchasing sections of their unused land to make this a workable site.

We are working with Patersons to get our Resource Consent in to be able to subdivide this site, design and install the infrastructure and then build eight homes.

We are working with Stonewood and GJ Gardner to design good affordable first homes that suit each site.

Once we have Resource Consent to complete this subdivision we will progress to the next phase of design for services.
