First glances can be deceiving: Larnach Road

This site started off as a strip of underdeveloped land when we bought it in May 2024. Over the past year we have been chatting with the neighbours and purchasing sections of their unused land to make this a workable site.

We worked with Patersons to get our Resource Consent to subdivide and develop this section. We are looking at developing 10 sites on this property. And we are working with Stonewood and GJ Gardner to design good affordable first homes that suit each site.

We are well into our design phase for this site, navigating the challenges and opportunities of the site.
