A hidden gem in Mosgiel: McFadden Drive

In December 2024 we settled on our section out in McFadden Drive Mosgiel. This site was a rare find, a site with a resource consent to subdivide already in place, and two relocated building on two of the new lots. We have got straight to work to get the existing buildings renovated and five new houses on the other lots.

KG Builders are undertaking the renovation work for the relocated homes. These homes have been onsite since 2013 and have great bones. We have completely renovated them with new windows, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and a full repaint. We have upgraded existing insulation to ensure these homes are super cosy for their next owners. We are also putting a deck on each house, to give the future owners some great indoor-outdoor flow.

The team at Latitude are undertaking the task to build the five new houses going onsite as well as helping us finish off the civil work that needs to be done for the subdivision. We are looking forward to seeing the three 3-bed and two 2-bed houses take shape.
