A Slice of Paradise: Honeystone Street

In September 2024 we settled on a piece of premium real estate up in Helensburgh. The six acres of land has a large five bed-home and a 1 acre established 40-year-old garden on in. The other five acres consist of gentle sloping paddocks.

We will be subdividing off the original house and garden, and selling this to someone who will continue to love and care for it. We will then be developing the rest of the section for affordable housing.

There is quite a lot of planning work that need doing before work will start on this property. We are looking forward to sharing this piece of paradise with our first home buyers.
