A Slice of Paradise: Honeystone Street

In September 2024 we settled on a piece of premium real estate up in Helensburgh. The six acres of land has a large five bed-home and a 1 acre established 40-year-old garden on in. The other five acres consist of gentle sloping paddocks.

We will be subdividing off the original house and garden, and selling this to someone who will continue to love and care for it. We will then be developing the rest of the section.

We applied for our Resource Consent for this site back in May 2025, we are eagerly awaiting the outcome of this decision. Once we have the necessary consents we will get to planning the civil work.

This is a beautiful site and we can't wait to be able to share it with the next generation of home owners.
