Building a community: Kaikorai Valley

We have been lucky to buy some great sections close to Dunedin central and this subdivision is one of them. Our houses are part of a much larger subdivision that will go up the hill on the west side of Kaikorai Valley. DRDL 2023 are building fifteen houses (six duplexes and three single dwellings).

We have possession of our four lots on this subdivision. Our Building Consent for the six Bunnings duplexes has been submitted and the builder is keen to get going as soon as we have approval from the DCC. We are working with another building company on designs for the three stand-alone homes up the hill.

As you drive along Kaikorai Valley Road near the high school, keep an eye on progress.
