Endless Possibilities on The Farm: Panmure Ave

Our largest land acquisition to date (May 2025) was the purchase of The Farm up in Calton Hill. This large 15-acre section is a suntrap which has exciting possibilities.

In order to get survey work, HAIL and Geotech investigation completed we had to clear the section of gorse. This work revealed a number of secrets that the site was hiding under gorse over 6 ft tall!

We are working on a Master Plan for this subdivision. It looks like it will be the largest single project we undertaken, with upwards of 60 houses. This will be confirmed by further geotech investigation and the approval of our Resource Consent by the DCC.

While we are busy planning, our timeline is a bit longer on this section, as we want to get some of our other projects across the line before getting stuck into this one.
