First off the Block: Riccarton Road

Our first homes scheduled to be completed are on Riccarton Road, in East Taieri.

We are building one three-bedroom and one two-bedroom homes, both with second living areas, both are on lovely flat sections. These homes were designed by Stonewood and are being built by Braemar Building Limited.

Work is well underway, and we expect these homes to be ready for sale mid 2025.
