Up on the Sunny Side: Theomin Close

As you drive along North Road, look up behind Ross Home and you can see our first larger subdivision. This undeveloped parcel of land was perfectly situated to catch the sun, so we know these homes are going to be great places to live.

Our plan has changed a little over time, we are now looking at building 12 homes and selling two sections. We hope all of the 12 homes built by us will go to First Home Buyers. The Development has two access points, one off Leicester St and another off Cardigan St. This is our first subdivision that has required a new street name. We chose to name this after Dorothy Theomin, a Dunedin philanthropist who supported community work.

We worked with Isaac Construction to complete our civil work and install all necessary infrastructure. This has now been completed and it is BEAUTIFUL. We are working with four companies to build the houses on this site - Town and Country Homes, G J Gardner Homes, Trident Homes and Mark Harrison Building.

We hope to have the remaining building companies onsite by mid-May 2026.
