Up on the Sunny Side: North Road

As you drive along North Road, look up behind Ross Home and you can see our first larger subdivision. This undeveloped parcel of land is perfectly situated to catch the sun, so we know these homes are going to be great places to live.

Our plan is to build eighteen homes on this site. There will be six duplexes and six standalone houses. The development will have two access points off surrounding roads for ease of access, and all the buildings will have off street parking.

This development is in the infrastructure stage, so we are working with local company Paterson to complete the planning and engineering for the walls roads and to get utilities to the new sites. We are working with 5 building companies, and we have finalised the designs for all the houses.

The subdivision work began for this site on the 20th of January, which is very exciting.

We are working with Isaacs to complete this subdivision work. The team at Isaac Construction got stuck straight into the project. They started on the infrastructure at the top of the section and are working their way down the site.

We are also working with the building companies who will be building on these sites to get the houses designed and building consents in, all so we can start building as soon as possible.
